Critical analysis Self-assessment

This was my most researched essay this year. I used 6 primary sources as well as a good number of outside sources and knowledge. I’ve developed a better way of revising, looking through my classmates’ drafts and fixing things that I know I need to work on as well by keeping mental notes. I’ve also developed a new way to look for reliable unbiased sources. As well as some biased sources to help aid my argument and thesis. Most of the sources I used were from the United States government itself or statistics from the Whitehouse archives that’s shared with the public. I’ve learned to use more thorough research and facts in my essay so my thesis comes off strong. The use of critical analysis and summary helped my argument and gives credible facts and statements on what this country is doing about drug trafficking. I also learned how to reach out and gain the attention of different audiences by using unbiased evidence to connect to the issue. One thing I could’ve done better was citing my evidence in a more clear and concise way. It was hard for me to get a grasp of that but I’m learning as I go.
